The client was deploying an internal Clearspace community to facilitate more efficient knowledge transfer within its global Professional Services organization. The application needed to be extended to incorporate content from some of their existing enterprise applications.

Together with a Jive colleague, I led two days of indepth discovery sessions with the stakeholders on the client team to identify what their needs were and how their current infrastructure would interface with Clearspace. We created a detailed technical specification and provided wireframes and task flow diagrams indicating how the established Clearspace UI would be extended to accommodate the new features.
